Two New Scholarship Opportunities at OLG

Hello everyone, below is attached two new scholarship opportunites offered at OLG. 

Blessed Micheal McGivney Scholarship 

The Blessed Micheal McGivney Scholarship was instituded by the Our Lady of Grace chapter of the Knights of Columbus to honor the memory of thier founder. The scholarship of $2,500 is awarded to students who are Catholic and actively practice their faith. Fr. McGivney's great contribution was to empower the laity to serve the Church. These students are invlolved in chairity and service and they are molded in example of Fr. McGivney: humble, hard-working, and loving. 

David Foster Memorial Scholarship 

The David Foster Memorial Scholarship was instituted to honor the memory of David Foster, an extremely talented and gifted wood craftsman. His brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Christina Foster, established this annual scholarship of $1000 in their brother’s honor to be awarded to a student who embodies these traits: creative, expressive, and artistic. This student may not be first in the class but he or she exhibits hard work and determination and uses their artistic talents for the benefit of the school community.
