Veterans Day Prayer Service 11/11/2022

On Friday, November 11th, Our Lady of Grace School (OLG) welcomed Veterans from students' families to OLG’s annual Veterans’ Day Prayer Service. Students, Faculty, and staff joined together in the OLG gym to honor the Veterans. 

The Service began with opening remarks by a member of Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick’s office, Kevin Bongarzone, followed by an opening prayer and reflection from Father Nasta. OLG students Nicholas Carotennto and Aristotle Petrakopoulosled lead the group with a reading from the Prophet Samuel and universal prayer. OLG’s music teacher, Kaelyn Parry, played the guitar and led the group singing ‘America the Beautiful’. The services concluded with closing marks with State Representative, Frank Farry. 

The service was followed by light bites and refreshments for our Veterans.
