We sat down with Religion and Science teacher Mrs. Adams for this week's visit to the Teacher's Lounge!
What class do you teach?
I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade religion and science.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of the classroom?
I love spending time with my children and granddaughter.
What is something students would be surprised to learn about you?
I taught preschool!
What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe the students should always try before they think they cannot do something. They must show respect to each other and any adults.
What is one thing a teacher said or did that resonated with you?
Be the best you can be!
Who has influenced you most as an educator?
My students have influenced me the most!
What is the most recent book you read?
I do not read for pleasure. I would rather garden, bake, or go for a walk.

Mrs. Adams lives in Philadelphia and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University.
